I decided that this week I would menu plan and we were having Italian all week. Next week is either Mexican or Asian. Not for sure which. So tonight we had a new dish and I got lots of thumbs up so I will probably add this in to a regular meal schedule (not to mention I get to finish off the leftover wine). Here is the recipe for the
Chicken Marsala. I'll post a pic tomorrow.
The Gryphindor scarf is coming along nicely and I hope to have it finished in a few days. Then I'll have to make a second one for an online friend. I'm kinda happy to have all these projects lining up. Until next time.
