New recipe number 6
This recipe may have ended up being our most favorite of our Italian themed menu. Chicken Parmesan. Now the site I got it from will show you a video of how to cook it. If you buy a bag of croutons I would maybe get more than 5 oz. Mine didn't quite cover the chicken like his did. And if the chicken breasts are huge you will definitely need to cook it for more than 35 minutes. I think I did ours for close to an hour. This was even loved by the boys who don't like a lot of things these days. Guess it's the latest phase.
New recipe number 5
For this new dish and still keeping in the Italian theme we had Sausage & Peppers Rustica. It was actually extremely delicious and very fast to put together.

New recipe number 4
In sticking with the Italian theme we had a shrimp dish last night. Well more correctly Terry and Jina had shrimp the boys and I had chicken. It was ok. It had a good flavor but for 16 oz of pasta you need a lot more than 16 oz of sauce. I would recommend lowering the amount of pasta or increasing the sauce depending on the number of people you are feeding.

New recipe number 3
I decided that this week I would menu plan and we were having Italian all week. Next week is either Mexican or Asian. Not for sure which. So tonight we had a new dish and I got lots of thumbs up so I will probably add this in to a regular meal schedule (not to mention I get to finish off the leftover wine). Here is the recipe for the Chicken Marsala. I'll post a pic tomorrow.
The Gryphindor scarf is coming along nicely and I hope to have it finished in a few days. Then I'll have to make a second one for an online friend. I'm kinda happy to have all these projects lining up. Until next time.
And as promised the picture of a plate of pasta and Chicken Marsala.
