Day 55 February 24

Mom and dad rolled into town on this day bringing with them some really nasty storms.  They didn't really bring them but I like to harass them anyway.  We got to spend some time in the basement because the sirens started going off.  This is a pic of the TV showing the storm cells as they passed over.

Day 54 February 23

Time to play catch up.  Oops.  March just kinda flew by.  So here are my updates.

Sometimes I'm able to catch the boys in rare form as they play.  And sometimes they actually play away from each other which is when they actually behave the best.  So here is Mitchell playing with some blocks.  He tends to get very frustrated when he can't build them as high as he would like.

Day 53 February 22

So I've started the process of purging my house for our upcoming move.  I cleared out a full drawer and you know what an empty drawer means to a cat....a new place to explore.

Day 52 February 21

I really should take more pictures during the day but not much happens here.  Actually we took the boys to McDonalds so they could play and eat.  They had their first ice-cream cone today.  And guess what?  I didn't have my camera.  So here is a pic of what they enjoyed.

Day 51 February 20

Today we got to visit with Mary Jane (Terry's mom).  The boys were very happy to see Nanny when she got here.  They chatted up a storm with her before our big pancake breakfast.  She couldn't believe how much they ate.  After breakfast they snuggled on the couch for a bit.

Day 50 February 19

I'm an avid reader.  It's harder now adays to find time to read a good book.  I occassionally read in bed but I usually don't get to far before falling asleep.  I'm running low on books and I'll soon be searching for some new reads.  Right now I'm enjoying one of my favorite authors, Clive Cussler.  So what's on your reading lists?
